I reached out to let Balloonee company to let them know that I received affected helium tank and was told to send a video of the issue with the tank and I did. Never received a response to neither of my two emails and the person I spoke to now want answers the calls because he now recognize my number. Do not purchases from Balloonee company because you want get a refund back even if you show that the product is defective. Beware
